Parkland Health Center – Farmington, MO

CB&E renovated the interior of Parkland Health Center in Farmington, MO. The originally scope of work included a simple RTU replacement, but grew into a much larger scope. The additional scope included: replacing the windows with new energy efficient windows, adding waterproofing to prevent on-going leaks and water infiltration, repair and replacing flooring, the Pharmacy department received new casework, on-going life safety and code compliance issues, replacing the entire ceiling grid and tiles and patching and painting all walls. Another addition to scope was the design/build of the IDF (data room). The final part of the new scope was building and finishing out a space for that will is used as a hub for Children’s Hospital helicopter pilots and ambulance operators.
