BJC Alton Memorial Medical Office Building- Alton, IL

CB&E has been selected to Design/ Build a Medical Office Building for BJC at the Alton Memorial Hospital.  The new Medical Office Building will add 33,000 ft² of medical office space to the campus at the hospital.  CB&E will break ground in early September.

Delmar Gardens Villas (Chesterfield) Exterior

Through the past few years CB&E has forged a relationship with Delmar Gardens based on friendship and trust. WE have completed several projects for our friends at Delmar Gardens. In the wake of finishing the ground up construction of the Garden Villas in O’Fallon, MO, CB&E was chosen to renovate the exterior façade of the Chesterfield Villas facility on highway 40. The renovation includes a new Porte Cochere at the entrance, roof, new decks, windows and patio doors, and an EIFS exterior facade.

College School Theater Renovation- Kirkwood, MO

CB&E Construction Group has recently started the transformation of The College School’s gymnasium to a theater.  Work includes, restoration of the exiting brick to bring back the original warm rich color, installation of house lighting to allow complete control of the lighting levels, new flooring with accents that mimic a gently flowing stream and new luxurious red oak doors. Work also includes the design and build of new climate control systems and electrical, lighting and sound systems.     

Honey Baked Ham Stores- Ballwin & St. Peters, MO

CB&E has been contracted to refurbish the floors in the kitchen and walk in cooler areas.

BJC Healthcare – Christian Hospital Northeast Plumbing Riser Replacement- Hazelwood, MO

CB&E Construction Group is currently working at Christian Hospital.  The scope of work includes: replacement of 2 separate plumbing risers on floors 3 thru 11, complete renovation of patient restrooms and moderate renovation of the existing patient rooms. The project also includes the enlargement of 14 standard patient restrooms to new ADA compliant restrooms. 

BJC Healthcare, Northwest Healthcare Emergency Department Expansion- St. Louis, MO 

CB&E Construction Group has teamed up with Alberici Contractors to construct the new ED expansion at Northwest Healthcare. The project includes: 6,945 square feet Emergency Department Expansion, 2 Trauma rooms, 10 Exam rooms, Decontamination room and holding tank, Ambulance canopy with EMS work room, Psych holding room, Med/Clean rooms and nourishment areas. The project also includes the renovation of 2,680 square feet of existing security office, registration desk and triage rooms.

BJC Healthcare, Barnes Jewish Hospital- St PetersLinear Accelerator- St. Peters, MO

CB&E Construction Group has teamed up with Alberici Contractors to construct the new Linear Accelerator building addition at Barnes Jewish St Peters Hospital. The project consists of 5,454 square feet of new space between the existing Siteman Cancer center and the Outpatient surgery Center. Renovations to the existing linear accelerator and CT Scan rooms add another 1,615 square feet to the project scope. 

BJC Healthcare, BJH 16300 Patient division Barnes Hospital- St. Louis, MO

CB&E Construction Group has been awarded the contract to renovate Barnes-Jewish Hospital 16300 Transplant Patient Division, located on the 16th floor of the West Pavilion, South Campus of Barnes-Jewish Hospital. The construction of the this 15,500 square feet inpatient division will increase Barnes-Jewish Hospital’s bed capacity, which is a critical part of Barnes-Jewish Hospital’s strategic campus master plan. The goal is to create an additional 24 beds on this division. The project is scheduled to start January 2011. 

BJC Healthcare, BJH/WUSM  Hospitalists- St. Louis, MO

CB&E Construction Group has completed the demolition phase of this project. The renovation phase includes relocating the Hospitalists offices from the 16th floor of Barnes Hospital to the 1^st floor.
