Gus Cervetto - President / CEO

Mr. Cervetto has over 35 years in the Construction Industry and founded Cervetto Building and Engineering (CB&E Construction Group) in 2001. Since then, Mr. Cervetto has led CB&E Construction Group to becoming one of the top 30 General Contracting firms and the largest Minority owned General Contracting firms in the St. Louis market. The sheer amount of Construction Management and General Contracting experience that Mr. Cervetto has amassed is exceptional. He began his career with Brown and Root (now KBR), and has worked for several other large General Contracting/Manufacturing firms. Mr. Cervetto has held the position of Sr. Vice President with Cupples Products, Vice President, Operations at Allied Gear and Mechanical, Sr. Project Manager with Morse Diesel Inc., and Project Director at Paric Corporation. Mr. Cervetto has built projects across the globe expanding 5 continents. As the Project Executive, he brings that wealth of construction knowledge to every CB&E undertaking. Some of Mr. Cervetto’s most notable projects are the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse, Monsanto Nidus Center (Missouri’s first Certified LEED Project), The Hallmark of Brookdale Senior Living Center, Puerta De Europa, and over 100 CB&E completed projects.

Larry Krapfl - Sr. Vice President

Mr. Krapfll has over 35 years experience and has established himself as a stalwart in the General Contracting / Construction Management industry. He comes to CB&E Construction group after performing the duties of Vice President for the Mullenix Companies. Larry’s experience includes holding the positions of Superintendant, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and Project Executive. Acting as the Sr. Vice President at CB&E, Larry oversees all Business Development and Pre-Construction activities. Mr. Krapfl has a far-reaching knowledge of the Hospitality, Multi-Family and Senior Living construction markets. He has completed projects for International and National Hotel chains, Multi-Family, and Senior Living development groups. Mr. Krapfl spent 6 years with the Paric Corporation where he headed a business unit specializing in Hospitality and Senior Living. Coupled with Mr. Krapfl’s wide range of Hospitality knowledge is his understanding of the Historic Tax Credits and other Non-Traditional finance options. Some of Mr. Krapfl’s most notable projects are Cape Albeon Sr. Living Facility, Renaissance Suite Hotel, Harness Factory Lofts, and Cupples Station Historic Renovation.
