John began working in General Contracting as a Project Engineer with the Paric Corporation. Mr. Davis spent 15 years with the firm holding various positions including General Manager (Dallas Office) and Sr. Project Manager. |
| The types of buildings Mr. Davis has constructed are verse in a variety of markets. Those projects include the Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial, and Industrial markets. Some of Mr. Davis most notable projects include BJC/Washington University School of Medicine, Delmar Gardens Villas, O’Fallon, and Delmar Gardens Skilled Care Expansion. |
| Steve England - Sr. Project Manager |
| Steve has worked as a project manager in various industries. He has a wealth of healthcare experience having build Medical Office Buildings, BJC Siteman Cancer Center, David Pratt Cancer Center and parking garage and various other interior finish projects in that industry. Steve is an ASHEE Certified Hospital Construction professional. Steve has also worked in the Commercial and Industrial markets. Steve enjoys Triathlons, Home Renovations and is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. |
| Tim Springer - Project Manager |
| Tim Springer has cumulated over 33 years in the Construction Management business. Tim came to CB&E after working as a Project Manager at Trio Construction. Previously, Tim spent 17 years performing the duties initially of a Superintendent and as a Project Manager. |
| Over the past 20 years Tim has built or renovated over 25 projects in an array of markets. Those areas include hospitality, medical, commercial, and historic renovation projects. Some of Mr. Springer’s most notable projects are O’Fallon City Hall Complex, Union Station Marriott (renovation), BJC Wellaware Center, and HRI/HCI Lambert Building. |
| Andy Reynolds - Project/ Pre-Construction Manager |
| Andy began his career as a Project Engineer working for Gus on the Hallmark Senior Living Center. Andy joined CB&E in 2001 shortly after opening its doors. He has spent eight years performing the duties of Project Manager at CB&E Construction Group. As a Project Manager, Andy completed projects in multiple markets and established himself as an excellent estimator/ subcontract administrator. |
| During the past year Andy has transitioned from Project Manager to our Pre-Construction Manager. Andy’s strong understanding of General Contracting/Construction Management pre-construction activities gives CB&E a competitive advantage in the General Contracting market place. Some of Andy’s most notable projects as a Project Manager include multiple TGI Friday’s , Enterprise Rent-a-Car new rental offices, Delmar Gardens Renovations, and the new UMSL Baseball Field. |
| In his free time Andy enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Meg, and two children, Cal (7) and Kate (4) playing baseball and basketball. You could definitely say he has his hands full, but loves every minute of it. |
| Brian Stoesz - Project Manager |
| Mr. Stoesz comes to CB&E after eight years of working in the Civil Engineering industry. Brian has shown an excellent capacity to grasp Project Management responsibilities in the General Contracting arena. Mr. Stoesz, has completed two hotel projects in the 3 years that he has worked for CB&E. |
| Even more astonishing is that he was able to complete the structures simultaneously in two different cities, (Hyatt Place) Salt Lake City, UT and (aloft Hotel) Phoenix, AZ. Brian has proven to be a adapt Project Manager and a shining example of the young talent at CB&E Construction Group. Some of Brian’s other notable projects are Purina Farms LAMU, Grey Summit, The College School renovations, and Agrotain International.Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Denise, and one year old baby girl, Briana. When Brian finds time for leisure activities, he enjoys being outdoors hiking, mountain biking or playing soccer. He coached a local competitive boy’s soccer team for 7 years. |
| Jenny Cervetto - Project Manager |
| Ms. Cervetto began working with CB&E full time as a Project Engineer on the Wingate Inn at Missouri Research Park. Over the past three years Jenny has become very proficient in the organization of contract administration and the execution of project delivery. |
To her credit, Ms. Cervetto has completed four projects as a Project Engineer and three as a Project Manager. Ms. Cervetto also represents the budding talent in the CB&E Construction Group Project Management pool. Jenny recently completed the Delmar Gardens West Interior Renovation and is currently working on the BJC Hospitalist Relocation. Some of Jenny’s most notable projects are UMSL TLC Building, Enterprise Rent-a-Car (Chesterfield), and Casual Male. |
| Before starting her career at CB&E, Jenny attended Eastern Illinois University where she received her B.A. in Communication Studies with a focus in Public Relations. Also while attending EIU, Jenny had a successful college career playing softball and become a 4 year letter winner for the Panthers, while enjoying time in Alpha Sigma Alpha. After her undergrad Jenny came back to St. Louis and went on to earn her MBA from MO Baptist University.Jenny retired from fast pitch softball after her college career, but still enjoys playing slow pitch softball. She has also added bowling and golf to her list of athletic abilities. |
| Kelly Spinelli - Project Assistant |
| Kelly came to CB&E in 2006 as a Project Assistant. This was a new position at CB&E and a new role for Kelly as well. It was a good fit. Her prior accounting background helps ensure the projects she’s on run smoothly. Kelly has been happily married to her best friend, Mark for 23 years. They have 2 children together: Melissa is 19 and in her 2nd year of college at SEMO studying Pre-Law and Microbiology while Mark Jr. is 18 and in his Senior year at Fort Zumwalt West. Kelly loves spending time with her family and their dog Milli and her job at CB&E. The thing she loves most about CB&E is the people she works with are like family, you look forward to coming to work every day and seeing your family. |
| Amber Johnson - Project Assistant |
| Amber joined CB&E in 2009 looking for something different. She has found that here and has jumped into her role with both feet. Before coming to CB&E, Amber held positions at Delmar Gardens as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Nuvox Communications in their sales and marketing department. When she is not running around the CB&E office chasing the new CB&E Mascot, Drake, a tea cup Chihuahua, she is chasing down her two children, Brooke (8) and Braxton (5). Amber recently got engaged and can’t wait to get married. |
