TEC; Technology Entrepreneur Center, St. Louis, MO

First phase of renovation and buildout of 1950’s vintage downtown building, at 210 North Tucker, Technology Entrepreneur Center (TEC), St. Louis’ is a computer technology-based incubator facility.

 

Roly Poly Rolled Sandwiches, Kennerly Plaza

Local franchisee selected CB&E to create the first South County Roly Poly shop, at Kennerly Plaza.

 

St. Louis Pipe and Supply

Work included tenant finish for the new headquarters of St. Louis Pipe and Supply. Total project cost $250,000, work complete in Q1-2007.

 

1010 Market Street, St. Louis, MO

CB&E was retained by building management to act as general contractor for the refurbishment of space occupied by the Federal Public Defender's Office.

 

NETCO Tenant Finish at Fountain Lakes

This 20,000 ft. design-build, tenant finish project for Opus I at Fountain Lakes owner, OPUS Northwest.

 

National Benevolent Association

CB&E completed two projects for the National Benevolent Association (NBA). One project included interior office modifications and the conversion of a classroom into a computer lab at the ECHO Children's Home. The other project included interior modifications at the NBA corporate office.

 

Nidus Center Lab Modifications

CB&E completed work at the Nidus Center consisting of interior lab modifications and electric infrastructure improvements to accommodate new research. The modifications were done on a "fast track" basis to accommodate the relocation of scientists into an existing lab space.
