· Lange - Stegmann / Agrotain

New fertilizer plant in city of St. Louis for Agrotain. Includes a large metal building, concrete foundations and slab, structural steel supply/erect inside the plant, and setting process equipment.

· Land of Lakes - Large Animal Metabolism Unit (LAMU)

CB&E is constructing a pre-engineered metal building that includes a suspened concrete slab with advanced mechanical and electrical systems. This facility will house cattle for Land of Lakes feed programs.

· UPS - Louisville Facility Expansion (Steel Erection Consultant)

CB&E partnered with BenHur for the steel erection, safety and grout work for the UPS plant expansion at the Louisville, KY airport. We have a superintendent on site and in our limited role we are responsible for the safety of the project.

· Ace Hardware

CB&E was hired by Ace’s corporate office in Chicago to renovate and upgrade their new St. Louis LTL freight transfer station, at an existing faciliity on Hall Street.

· PSA Quality Systems

Expansion of office facilities at PSA’s GM/Wentzville site.

· Datapage/DATA2 Corporation

Reconfiguration and modernization of their main offices and a production facility (17,000 ft2), in St. Charles County, MO.

· Syncor International/Cardinal Health Systems

Layout design and fast-track construction for the reconfiguration of radio-medical laboratory.
