CB&E 2008 St. Louis Minority Business Council "MBE of the Year,"- Construction Division

 CB&E Construction Group was recently recognized by the St. Louis Minority Business Council as the 2008 “MBE of the Year,” in the Construction Division.This was the first time CB&E has received this award.  CB&E was selected out of a group of three MBE Construction firms whose business exceeded $10,000,000.00 in total revenue. Other criteria included business impact in the local market, community service, and revenue growth.

St. Louis Union Station-Marriott Reflag

 CB&E Construction Group has been selected to act as the General Contractor on the Marriot reflag of the Hyatt Regency inside the 110 year old National Historic Landmark St. Louis Union Station. Renovation of the 539 room property will include changes to the Grand Hall lobby, guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas.
  
 

Hyatt Place - Salt Lake City, UT 

 
CB&E was selected to build this hotel facility for Corporex, of Covington, KY. This hotel is a five-story, 123-room facility. Hyatt Place is one of the latest prototype hotel designs of the Hyatt flag. This undertaking is scheduled to begin Spring 08'. Project value approximately $10.5 million.
  
 

ALOFT Hotel - Phoenix, AZ

 
CB&E has forged a solid relationship with Corporex through numerous projects. In addition to the construction of the hotel in Salt Lake City,  we have been awarded the contract for the building  of the 143-room ALOFT Hotel.  The ALOFT Hotel (Starwood Flag) contains many of the new amenities of the flag. Construction on the project will begin Spring 08' and is valued at approximately $11 million.
 

 

 

Delmar Gardens (O'Fallon, MO) Expansion

 CB&E  Construction Group will build the Delmar Gardens (O'Fallon, MO) skilled care facility expansion. The $11,000,000.00 project is a single story 59,156 sqft addition to the existing facility. The addition will include 120 new beds.
